The short pull up bar is especially designed for narrow door frame. It can be installed on door width between 26~39 inches. For safety's sake, we don't suggest that you extend the bar at its max length. Chrome plating finishing is anti-rusty. The bar can be extended at both ends. You can do various exercises if you install the short pull up bar at different height of your door frame. It's a perfect choice for your home gym exercise.
The black foam for grip that we adopt is soft, comfortable and high density. Customized logo printing is available. This pull up bar can be used for pullups, chinups, sit-ups, push-ups, leg stretching and more other exercises if you mount it at different height on your door frame. You can work out not only your upper body but also abdomen, legs etc.
